You will receive a video demonstration of every exercise, see what you managed last time you did the exercise, record your reps and weight, and even video record yourself doing it so that I can give you feedback on your form!
For those who want to learn whilst they grow, I will be giving you access to educational videos and PDF's within your training app. When you understand WHY you are doing things a certain way, you are more likely to actually do them. More content will be added every week.
